faux buttons.

hey all!

i promised i would post this little technique with step-by-step instructions and photos so you, too, can make your own faux buttons.

again, this is so super easy...and fun! you'll love the final product in order to pretty up your pages!

faux buttons

what you'll need:

Window Charms Circles - Close to My Heart
Patterned paper or cardstock
1/16" hole punch

what's involved:

1. attach a window charms circle to a piece of patterned paper or cardstock.

2. punch two button holes in the window charms circle with a small hole punch.

3. trim paper around the window charm circle to complete and - viola! - you now have a cute faux button to adorn your project!

attach to your final project and enjoy! i mixed in some faux with real buttons on this little frame i'll use to enclose the title on a page i'm currently finishing.

note that you can try this technique with window charms squares to make your own different shape buttons!

hope you'll give it a try - let me know if you have any questions....AND have fun!
